Glenn has been involved in the real estate industry since 1993.  His experience began with retrieving Tax Assessor real property records and various boards of equalization throughout the southeastern United States, for Courthouse Retrieval System, Inc., reviewing, organizing, regularly updating and marketing those records to others.  He as well managed, hired and trained others to do the same.  The CRS clientele base included Real Estate Companies, Title, Mortgage and Brokerage Companies, as well as those providing legal, investment and appraisal services.  The 19 years spent with CRS allowed Glenn to establish solid relationships with quality professionals in each of these real estate sectors.

GLENN ZINDER

With a serious passion for the real estate market, he returned to residential and commercial sales with the Keller Williams Realty company.  During that time, he began acquiring and managing residential properties for himself as income producing, and through his success others have approached him to do the same for them, and Zinvestor Properties, LLC was formed.

 

Zinvestor Properties, LLC has quickly expanded to include over 55 properties under management, with that number continuing to increase. His association with other property management companies and real estate investors allowed Glenn to establish volume discounts for materials and labor, for upkeep, maintenance and any necessary repairs to the properties’ dwellings, such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, painting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lawn and gardening, and thus passing those savings on to his clients.

 

Glenn is a properly licensed and is active as a Real Estate Broker, and property management. He also serves as Vice President of the local real estate investor club, Associated Investors of Alabama.
